Broker State Exam Review

Coverage:
The 2-day review provides a comprehensive preparation for the state examination, including numerous multiple-choice practice questions and practical tips on taking the exam. The 1-day law review provides a complete coverage, plus testing, of Florida Real Estate License Law which comprises 45% of the state exam.

Attendance:
Each applicant is urged to attend a 2-day comprehensive review. Students who have not been exposed to license law instruction for several years are encouraged to attend a 1-day law review in addition to a comprehensive review.

Tuition:
The tuition is FREE to Florida Real Estate Institute's students for up to two years after the initial course. For non-FREI students, the tuition is $145. Included with this tuition is the manual, instruction and practice testing.
