Description:
This
24-hour course is specifically designed to help applicants
pass the state examination for mortgage broker. The intensive
instruction covers Florida's Mortgage Brokerage Act and
other applicable laws and regulations, the loan application
process, the underwriting process, loan commitments and
secondary marketing, loan closing, and general and technical
business knowledge. Test-taking skills are increased through
the use of numerous practice questions.
