Welcome to the registration request form. Registration and payment must be received five business days (1 week) prior to the start of the class. Late registrations will be accepted if space permits (call for verification). Every effort will be made to accommodate those wishing to take the class.

We reserve the right to cancel a class if minimum enrollment is not reached. Every effort will be made to place you in a subsequent class or provide a full refund. If the class you have requested is no longer available, we will contact you by phone.

If you are enrolling with a credit card, it will not be charged until the week prior to the start of class. If mailing a check, confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of the check.

You will receive a reminder call during the week before the start of class.
